Returns Policy

At Maison Solís, we are committed to the excellence and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is handmade with care, reflecting the unique qualities of artisanal craftsmanship. As such, there may be slight irregularities or variations in the finish of each item, marking the genuine, handcrafted nature of our collection. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. In those instances, we offer support to ensure your satisfaction.

To facilitate your return process, we kindly ask that you include a picture of the item in your email request to our Help Desk at help@maisonsolis.com. This will help us better understand your concerns and expedite the resolution process.

14-Day Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any unused item for an exchange or store credit. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and contained within the original packaging.

No Returns on Fragrance

Please note that due to industry standards, we do not accept returns on fragrance products. We recommend trying our discovery sets to find your perfect scent before purchasing a full-size bottle.

Initiating a Return

Exchanges and Store Credit

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit request. If approved, you will be offered an exchange or store credit equivalent to the purchase price of your item. Please note, we do not offer refunds under the new policy. Store credit will be issued to your account, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability.
